Fall Meeting – Zakuski (Appetizers) Food Competition and Russian Trips Presentations
The September Russian Heritage meeting is planned for Saturday, September 20th at The Russian American Club (please see the address and directions on how to get there below).
We plan a very interesting program which includes presentations on recent Russian travel experiences by several presenters (Board Member, Victor Peppard, Student Ambassador, Adam Colby from Eckerd College, and at least one other presenter), a Zakuski food competition (with sharing) and a light supper of zakuski and chicken.
The event will begin at 4:30, and the food will be followed by the program. We will have a lot of fun – be there, don’t miss it! If you are planning to bring zakuski, please contact Mary Stenov by phone (727-867-6013) or at [email protected].

Directions to The Russian American Club:
1.) Exit Interstate 275 or Highway 19 at 22nd Avenue South.
2.) Turn right and go west on 22nd Avenue South to Gulfport.
3.) Turn left on Beach Blvd. S., go past the Gulfport Library – The Russian American Club will be on the left before the Casino.
